Selling or renting a home requires so much more than putting up a sign.  For some, the decluttering, organizing, and packing in preparation for a move can be an overwhelming task. With my past experience in In-Home Senior Care, I have found it rewarding to assist homeowners with these tasks.... and if you think your situation is too daunting, you might be surprised.  I offer a free decluttering and relocation service in the city of Flagstaff only, for those who need to downsize, relocate or rent out their homes. 


INCLUDED SERVICES:
  •  Decluttering
  •  Ordering dumpsters (owner should pay for this)
  •  Organizing additional help when needed.
  •  Providing boxes and packing materials
  •  Packing assistance
  •  Coordinating garage sale or estate sale
  •  Coordinating cleaning, handyman services, movers
  •  Finding senior discounts for the move
  •  Additional help as needed.

And of course... I will get your property sold or rented!
